Breakthrough ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality in-home and center-based ABA services across the Greater Houston, Beaumont, Cypress areas. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with mentorship and room to grow.

The role involves 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, data collection, and participation in professional development. Sign-on bonuses are available and benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience working with children (special needs is a plus).
• Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and report data on target behaviors.
• Participate in behavior management programming.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Sign-On Bonus: $200 for Behavior Technicians and $500 for Registered Behavior Technicians. Bonus is paid in two installments: 50% after 3 months of employment and 50% after 6 months of employment.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and report data on target behaviors
• Participate in behavior management programming
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; flexible shifts based on your availability
• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
• Locations: Greater Houston Area, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Experience working with children (experience with special needs is a plus)
• Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong ability to build rapport and motivate children
• Must pass a background check
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
• Willingness to travel to assigned client homes
