Breakthrough ABA is actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. We provide in-home ABA services across the Greater Houston area and center-based services in Cypress, TX, with full-time and part-time opportunities and strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must have an RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience working with children; special needs experience a plus.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel to assigned client homes.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and report data on target behaviors.
• Participate in behavior management programming.
• Support families with modeling and caregiver training.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range:$17.00 – $23.00 per hour

• Schedule:Monday to Friday; flexible shifts based on your availability

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

• Locations:Greater Houston Area, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have an RBT certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

• Experience working with children (experience with special needs is a plus)

• Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset

• Strong ability to build rapport and motivate children

• Must pass a background check

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance

• Willingness to travel to assigned client homes
