Job summary

Dream Builders ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our caring team in Red Oak, Iowa. We provide evidence-based ABA services with a focus on delivering positive outcomes for kids in home, school, or clinic settings.

As an RBT, you will work 1:1 under a BCBA, collect progress data, and help families through collaborative therapy plans. The role emphasizes ongoing training, professional growth, and a supportive environment with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.


• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).


• Collect and document data on client progress.


• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $18 - $25/hour


• Schedule: Monday- Friday


• Hours: 9 AM- 1PM


• Location: Red Oak VA 23964


• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:


• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.


• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.


• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.


• Ability to pass background check.


• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
