Job summary

Breakthrough ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide compassionate, 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings across the Greater Houston area and Cypress, TX. You will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and support families with caregiver training.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience working with children; special needs is a plus.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented.
• Ability to build rapport and motivate children.
• Background check required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to assigned client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and report data on target behaviors.
• Participate in behavior management programming.
• Support families with modeling and caregiver training.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA

• Collect and report data on target behaviors

• Participate in behavior management programming

• Support families with modeling and caregiver training

• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday to Friday; flexible shifts based on your availability

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

• Locations: Greater Houston Area, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

• Experience working with children (experience with special needs is a plus)

• Must pass a background check
