Aspire Behavioral Care in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our family-run ABA clinic. This full-time role offers meaningful, 1:1 therapy for children with autism and developmental delays, with a $500 sign-on bonus for active RBTs and competitive hourly pay.

You’ll provide ABA therapy, support skill development, collect data, and work with a supportive clinical team to help children progress in communication, social interaction, and self-regulation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children or in ABA.
• CPR/BLS certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–21.
• Support skill development in communication, motor skills, social interaction, and self-regulation.
• Collect accurate session data and communicate progress.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children or in ABA
• CPR/BLS certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Comfortable supporting children with behavioral challenges
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on the floor as needed
• Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn
