Aspire Behavioral Care invites applications for a Traveling RBT in Pueblo, CO. This part-time role requires commuting to Pueblo and provides meaningful 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–21. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered for active RBTs, with benefits kicking in after 90 days.

Ideal candidates are team players who value growth, a positive environment, and a supportive clinical team. CPR/BLS is required or obtained within 30 days, and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children or in ABA.
• CPR/BLS certification or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on the floor.
• Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–21.
• Support skill development in communication, motor, social interaction, and self-regulation.
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Collect accurate session data and communicate progress.
• Collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team.
