Job summary

The LEEAP Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children under a BCBA supervision, following individualized treatment plans.

Join a multidisciplinary team in a clinic setting and contribute to developing communication, social, and adaptive living skills while maintaining accurate session data and a safe therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to children based on individualized treatment plans.
• Implement behavior support strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Support children in developing communication, social, play, behavior regulation, and adaptive living skills.
• Collect and document accurate session data.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, families, and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapeutic environment.
• Follow all clinical and ethical guidelines related to service delivery.

General Role Responsibilities
