Empower ABA, a Finni Health company, in Burlington, NC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect session data, and help clients build life, communication, and social skills in a structured setting.

The role requires current RBT certification and experience with children or individuals with special needs is preferred. HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (required).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred).
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial).

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About The Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
