Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Cedar Grove, NC, is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a compassionate, growth-minded team. You will support children with ASD through in-home ABA therapy, under BCBA supervision, delivering one-on-one sessions and collecting progress data.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBAs, families, and a caring team, with flexible scheduling and a focus on ongoing professional development. Prior RBT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with autism using ABA strategies.
• Ability to document progress and adapt plans under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
