Job summary

Blue Jay ABA is hiring a part‑time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Clayton, NC to provide in‑home ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will work under a BCBA, delivering one‑on‑one sessions and collecting progress data to guide interventions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to implement behavior plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Experience with ABA/ASD is preferred, passion to help children.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.
