Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Fuquay-Varina is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Under BCBA supervision, you will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and implement behavior intervention plans while collecting data on progress.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
