Job summary

Blue Jay ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Greensboro, NC for part-time, in-home ABA therapy. You will deliver one-on-one sessions to children with ASD under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and communicate with families to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BT or RBT preferred.
• Ability to collect and record client data accurately.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
