Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Dobson, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA therapy team. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and hands-on support for children with ASD.

Under BCBA supervision, you will implement intervention plans, collect data, and communicate progress to families. We foster a compassionate, collaborative workplace and provide professional development opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in progress.
• Experience in ABA therapy preferred.
• Ability to work with children with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions for individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using data collection software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.

Blue Jay ABA specializes in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
