Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions
• Assist in developing individualized treatment goals
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $26 - $28/hour
• Part-Time: 13-18 hours/week
• Shifts based on availability
• Location: Roxboro, NC
• Language: Must speak Spanish & English

Qualifications:

• Completed 40-hour ABA training course
• Willing to obtain RBT certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Experience in ABA or working with children is a plus
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
