• Retention Bonus of $500 paid at six (6) months of employment and $500 at twelve (12) months of employment
• Full Time (part time positions also available)
• $22.00-$28.00 per hour
• Hourly: 32 hours per week guaranteed

About Us

All Together Autism provides child and family-centered services including applied behavior analysis (ABA), clinical psychology, and interdisciplinary care coordination to improve functional skills and create positive change. The Registered Behavior Technician will work under a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver in-home behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement personalized behavior intervention plans
• Collect data on client progress
• Serve as the primary one-to-one resource for clients and families

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Experience working as an RBT in home or center-based ABA settings with children aged 2-12
• Reliable transportation and mobile phone
• Willing to work in various settings including home, community, school, and center, Monday through Friday and weekends
