Position Details

As a Behavior Technician, You Will:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in various environments
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Implement behavior plans and collect session data
• Participate in training and team meetings
• Collaborate with supervisors and peers

Address areas such as language, communication, social skills, daily living, maladaptive behaviors, safety skills, toilet training, and executive functioning.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel to client locations
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism/disabilities
• Related experience in education, care, or support roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Completion of or willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT training within 30 days
• Communication skills, reliability, and a valid driver’s license
• Pass criminal and child abuse background checks
