Job Duties

• Provide personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy in various environments, following protocols developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document session data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to promote a learning culture.
• Create engaging therapeutic environments to facilitate growth and skill acquisition.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Willing to obtain Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days.
• Support clients’ basic needs and demonstrate reliability with transportation and a valid driver’s license.
