Job summary

Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Boise clinic. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents, tracking progress with data and following BCBA plans in clinic, home, and community settings.

Under supervision, you’ll collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to promote communication, social and daily living skills, aiming to improve independence and emotional regulation for children with autism and related needs.

Qualifications

• Current RBT credential.
• Experience with children or developmental needs preferred.
• Strong communication, reliability and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and insurance.
• Ability to meet Idaho DHW background check and RBT certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in clinic, home, and community.
• Track behavior and skill-building progress through daily data collection.
• Support clients using BCBA-designed treatment and behavior plans.
• Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
