Job summary

Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Twin Falls area clinic. The role focuses on direct 1:1 ABA therapy with pediatric clients and requires designing, implementing, and monitoring intervention plans.

You will participate in team and IEP meetings, ensure client safety, and contribute to ongoing program evaluation through data collection. Leadership experience and BCBA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in ABA required.
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Direct therapy in 1:1 ABA sessions with clients.
  • Design, implement, and monitor intervention plans under supervision.
  • Attend parent team meetings, IEP meetings, trainings and other requested meetings.
  • Ensure safety of clients, staff and others at all times.
  • Complete initial assessments and data collection; monitor progress with data sheets.
  • Revise and update client programming and behavior plans under supervision.
  • Supervise and document RBT training and supervision.
  • Strive to continuously improve quality of therapy services.

We are an outpatient pediatric therapy practice with locations in the Treasure Valley and Magic Valley, providing speech, occupational, physical, and mental health services, along with behavioral and developmental support.Our mission is to support children and those who care for them through collaborative, innovative therapy services.
