Job summary

Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services in our outpatient pediatric clinic.

The role focuses on designing, implementing, and monitoring intervention plans for 1:1 sessions with clients, under guidance of the DDA Administrator. Responsibilities include assessments, data collection, program updates, and supervision of RBTs, along with participation in parent meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA required.
• Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA) required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of Insurance ABA requirements and billing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA in 1:1 sessions with clients.
• Design, implement, and monitor intervention plans under guidance.
• Attend parent team meetings, IEP meetings, trainings and other meetings as requested.
• Assessments and data collection; develop data sheets to monitor progress.
• Supervise and train RBTs; update client programming as needed.
