Job summary

Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Bluemont, VA to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

The role focuses on implementing treatment plans, tracking progress, and helping clients develop communication and social skills in a supportive environment. This is a part-time in-person position with a daytime schedule and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices required.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field beneficial.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule: M-W-F 2-4pm; Tues/Thurs 10AM-3PM

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About The Role

As an BT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision


• Collect and record accurate session data


• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
