Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) in Purcellville, VA to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and help clients build life, communication, and social skills in a structured setting while maintaining HIPAA standards.

The role offers a consistent M-F afternoon schedule with supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification preferred.
• Previous experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About The Role

As an BT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education
