Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Aldie, Virginia for a part-time, in-person position. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to support communication, social, and life skills in a structured setting.

This role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $25–$30 and a daytime Mon-Fri schedule (12:30pm–5:30pm). Responsibilities include data tracking and ongoing supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification,

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification is preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices is required.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology is preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology, or a related field is beneficial.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an BT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Qualifications
