Job summary

Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) in Chantilly, VA. This part-time, in-person role supports one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to develop life, communication, and social skills in children and individuals with special needs.

You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and participate in ongoing training. A current RBT certification is preferred; HIPAA knowledge and compassionate, professional demeanor

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (preferred).
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred).
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial).

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an BT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
