Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to support one-on-one ABA therapy in-home in Aldie, VA. You will implement plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help clients develop life, communication, and social skills.

Pay: $25-$28/hr (direct), $15/hr (indirect)

Schedule: M-F 4:45pm-7:45pm

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an BT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Qualifications

• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
