Job Summary: We are seeking creative and caring Registered Behavior Technicians or RBTs to join our team! In this role, you will work directly with clients to teach them essential skills that include communication skills, daily living skills, amongst others.
Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with autism in the home, in the community, or in one of our new centers.
- Teach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments.
- Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Receive and carry out direction from supervising BCBA for therapy and data collection.
- Work in a team to share responsibilities and duties.
- Data Collection.
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Availability during after-school hours, weekends.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to attend training program and be eligible to pass the RBT exam.
- Reliable transportation (your own vehicle), a driver’s license, and car insurance to provide in-home services for clients.
- Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
