Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Aurora, CO team. You will implement evidence-based behavioral therapies for children with autism under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified RBT through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• No ABA experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques to promote skill acquisition and reduction of problem behaviors.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and company initiatives.

Requirements
