River Rock Behavioral Therapy, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-person ABA therapy in Alexandria, IN under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on delivering individualized treatment plans and data-driven progress across essential life, communication, and social skills.

You will work with clients one-on-one, support skill acquisition, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (required)
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
