Allied Pediatric Therapy, a Finni Health company, is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-person work in Hoover, Alabama. You will work one-on-one with clients to implement ABA-based goals, collect data, and support skill development under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include following treatment plans, maintaining accurate progress records, and collaborating with families to promote communication and independence.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology is preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices is required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques is preferred.
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time (30+ hours per week)

Schedule: Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Location: In-person – Hoover, Alabama

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

This position involves working one‑on‑one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities
