River Rock Behavioral Therapy, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Alexandria, IN team. You will work one-on-one with clients to support skill development, communication, and independence under BCBA supervision, delivering ABA therapy in a structured setting.

• Current RBT Certification (required).
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).

• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred).
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field (beneficial).

Pay: $18-$23 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
