Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year. SPG provides a mentoring program and maintains strong, collaborative client relationships to empower real change in children and families.

Salary ranges from $25 to $32 per hour, depending on experience and education. Responsibilities include implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, data collection, and ABA-based support in school settings.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• Complete 40 hours RBT training (SPG may provide).
• 6 months ABA experience required; 1 year preferred.
• Ability to work with students in-person.
• Driving is a key requirement; valid license and auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Work with students using ABA to manage challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition.
• Collect data on student progress.
• Support teachers and staff with managing challenging behaviors.
