Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year in San Francisco.

You will implement Behavior Intervention Plans, collect data, and support teachers while earning hourly pay between $27 and $32, with starting at $25 for BTs, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred and 90-day certification timeline.
• ABA experience required; 6 months minimum, 1 year preferred.
• Completion of 40 hours RBT Training may be provided by SPG.
• Ability to work with students in-person; driving required.
• Fingerprint and TB clearances.

Responsibilities
