Job summary

ABLE Kids in the Augusta region is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to help children ages 2–6 build essential life skills through ABA therapy. You will provide 1:1 therapy, follow BCBA-designed plans, and collaborate with families to support progress at home.

We offer guaranteed 40-hour weeks, a starting pay of $18/hour with regular raises and company-paid RBT training, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive, team-centered culture across 9 clinic locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred)
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• RBT certification or willingness to complete company-paid training
• Compassion, patience, and energy for working with young children
• Ability to pass background check and complete CPR training

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy using play-based and behavioral interventions
• Teach communication, social, and self-help skills
• Follow treatment plans designed by BCBA(s)
• Partner with families to support progress at home
• Track data and celebrate milestones
• Maintain a fun, clean, and welcoming clinic environment

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll play a hands‑on role in helping children ages 2–6 build meaningful life skills through ABA therapy. Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing 1:1 therapy using play-based and behavioral interventions
• Teaching communication, social, and self-help skills (yes, even potty training wins!)
• Following treatment plans designed by BCBAs
• Partnering with families to support progress at home
• Tracking data and celebrating every milestone
• Helping maintain a fun, clean, and welcoming clinic environment

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred)

Pay & Perks

• Starting at $18/hour + raises every 6 months (first 2.5 years)
