Job summary

ABLE Kids is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Pooler, GA. You will work one-on-one with children aged 2–6 to help them reach developmental milestones through ABA therapy. Training is provided, and you’ll join a supportive clinical team.

No RBT certification or ABA experience is required—our program covers certification costs. Expect a starting pay of $18/hour with full benefits and growth opportunities in ABA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with children is a plus
• Pass a background check and obtain CPR certification
• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete company-sponsored training

Responsibilities

• Teach communication, play, social, and daily living skills to children ages 2–6
• Encourage independence and confidence through structured activities
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect data to monitor each child's progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to maximize outcomes
