Job summary

ABLE Kids in Concord, NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time, Monday–Friday with no weekends. Start at $18/hour, guaranteed 40-hour week, and a $250 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs. Paid RBT certification training is provided.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–6, focusing on communication, social, play, and daily living skills while tracking progress and coordinating with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED and CPR training.
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification is required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–6.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Encourage independence and confidence in clients.
• Track progress and celebrate milestones; report to families and clinical teams.

What You'll Do

• Creating a positive, engaging learning environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred)
• Positive, dependable, and compassionate attitude
• Passion for working with children
• Ability to pass a background check and complete CPR training
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
