Job summary

ABLE Kids is hiring a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Savannah, GA. We train you—no RBT experience required—while you grow in a supportive ABA-focused team.

You’ll work with children ages 2–6, teaching communication and daily living skills, with a $250 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs and comprehensive benefits. Training is provided, and a background check with CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification.
• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete our company-sponsored training program.

Responsibilities

• Teach communication, play, social, and daily living skills to children aged 2–6.
• Encourage independence and confidence during sessions.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor each child’s progress.
• Collaborate with families and your clinical team.
• Create a positive, engaging learning environment.
