Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician / Part Time (Adult Day Program) to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in a clinic or home setting in Missouri. The role requires an RBT certification or six months of related experience, with willingness to obtain RBT certification.

Position offers a part-time schedule with in-home care and no weekends. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow and work under supervision within

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment.
• Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments
• Work independently while coordinating work efforts with management and staff
• Other duties as assigned
