Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for children afternoons in Columbia, MO. The role involves 1:1 behavioral therapy in a clinic setting and requires BCBA-supervised treatment implementation.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of relevant experience, with a willingness to obtain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus six months of work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment.
• Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Has reliable transportation and is able to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.
• Work effectively as a team contributor and communicate with management and staff.
