SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a Behavioral Technician to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in a clinic setting under BCBA supervision. You will implement goals, track progress, and communicate with supervisors, while teaching communication, self-help, social skills and other targets.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with six months of related experience, strong communication, team work, and reliability for daily assignments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, plus six months prior work/volunteer experience with individuals.
• Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple assignments daily.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in a clinic setting.
• Implement treatment goals under BCBA supervision.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Teach communication, self-help, social skills, and targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and follow company policies.
• Collaborate effectively with team; communicate with management.
• Work independently while coordinating with staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Overview

Registered Behavior Technician Certification or minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to company’s policy and procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments
• Work independently while understanding the importance of constant communication and coordinating work efforts with management and staff
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment
• Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and part of a team

• Has reliable transportation and is able to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations on a daily basis
