Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Eldon, MO is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy for children in a clinic setting, under BCBA supervision and following individualized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills and reliable transportation for daily assignments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with at least six months of related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with reliable transportation for multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to company's policy and procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments
• Work independently while understanding the importance of constant communication and coordinating work efforts with management and staff
• Other duties as assigned
