Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time position serving clients in Fulton and Jefferson City, MO. The role involves 1:1 behavioral therapy with adults, under BCBA supervision, in a clinic/home setting with no weekend work.

Eligible candidates have an RBT certification or six months’ related experience and are prepared to travel to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus six months' experience providing individual instructions, preferably in healthcare.
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates strong organization and attention to detail.
• Has reliable transportation and can travel to multiple locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Observe confidentiality of patient information
• Work effectively as a team contributor on interactions and assignments
• Work independently while coordinating with management and staff
• Other duties as assigned

• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to company's policy and procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments
• Work independently while understanding the importance of constant communication and coordinating work efforts with management and staff
• Other duties as assigned
