Job summary

Magical Moments ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Canton, GA, to provide direct client care in both one-on-one and group settings under a BCBA-designed plan.

You will collect data on behavior progress using Central Reach, maintain a compassionate, safe environment, and collaborate with BCBAs and families for effective program implementation. The schedule is full-time, with a shift that includes evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required
• 6+ months of ABA experience preferred
• Knowledge of general ABA practices
• At least 18+ years of age
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, following the protocols outlined in the treatment plan created by BCBA
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach
• Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation
• Ability to take direction and feedback from the supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA)
• Complete required training related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations
• Accurately record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing and payroll policies
• Adhere to RBT ethics code and ensures all patient privacy policies, HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and behavioral intervention findings
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs
