Job summary

Magical Moments ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Georgia for part-time direct client care. You will follow BCBA-created treatment plans, collect data in Central Reach, and ensure a safe, supportive environment for families and clients.

The role requires RBT certification, 18+ years of age, and strong communication plus time-management skills. Flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development are offered, with team events and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• 6+ months ABA experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings following the treatment plan by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate and communicate professionally with therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation.
• Take direction and feedback from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA).
• Complete required training related to guidelines, compliance, and regulations.
• Record appointments in practice management software daily and follow billing/payroll policies.
• Adhere to RBT ethics and HIPAA/confidentiality policies.
• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding progress and interventions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans as needed.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, following the protocols outlined in the treatment plan created by BCBA
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach
• Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families
• Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation
• Ability to take direction and feedback from the supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA)
• Complete required training related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations
• Accurately record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing and payroll policies
• Adhere to RBT ethics code and ensures all patient privacy policies, HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and behavioral intervention findings
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• 6+ months of ABA experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of general ABA practices
• At least 18+ years of age
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
