Magical Moments ABA in Morrow, GA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will provide direct client care in one-on-one and small group settings under the BCBA's treatment plan, collecting data and ensuring a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, have some ABA exposure, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. You must be 18+, follow protocols, protect HIPAA privacy, and collaborate with therapists, families and schools.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and ABA knowledge
• Minimum 6 months ABA experience preferred but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings per treatment plan
• Collect and record data on client behavior using Central Reach
• Maintain a safe, empathetic environment for clients and families
• Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and professionals for program implementation
• Take direction from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA)
• Complete required training per guidelines and regulations
• Record appointments daily and comply with billing/payroll policies
• Adhere to RBT ethics and HIPAA confidentiality
• Communicate progress to clients, parents, and caregivers
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans as needed

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, following the protocols outlined in the treatment plan created by BCBA
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach
• Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families
• Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation
• Ability to take direction and feedback from the supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA)
• Complete required training related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations
• Accurately record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing and payroll policies
• Adhere to RBT ethics code and ensures all patient privacy policies, HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and behavioral intervention findings
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• 6+ months of ABA experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of general ABA practices
• At least 18+ years of age
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
