Job summary

Magical Moments AB in Canton, GA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct client care in one-on-one and small-group settings following BCBA plans. You will collect data, maintain a supportive environment, and collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and BCBAs for effective program implementation.

Requirements include an RBT certification, 6+ months ABA experience preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills to support families and schools in delivering

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, following the protocols outlined in the treatment plan created by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation.
• Ability to take direction and feedback from the supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA).
• Complete required training related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations.
• Accurately record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing and payroll policies.
• Adhere to RBT ethics code and ensures all patient privacy policies, HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and behavioral intervention findings.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs.

Salary:$27-30/hour

Shift type:Full-time, M-F 2:30pm-6:30pm and Saturday 9am-2pm

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

• 6+ months of ABA experience preferred, but not required

• Knowledge of general ABA practices

• At least 18+ years of age

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
