Job summary

Magical Moments ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Atlanta to provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings under BCBA guidance. You will collect data, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and BCBAs to implement and adjust therapy plans.

The role requires RBT certification, 6+ months ABA experience preferred, and strong written/verbal communication with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, following the treatment plan created by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Take direction and feedback from the supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA).
• Complete required training related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations.
• Accurately record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing and payroll policies.
• Adhere to RBT ethics code and ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and behavioral intervention findings.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs.

• Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation

• Ability to take direction and feedback from the supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA)
