Job summary

Applied-ABC-1 is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists for primarily Monday–Friday afternoons and evenings in MetroWest and Central Massachusetts. Typical hours are roughly 2:30 PM–8:00 PM with schedules such as 3:00–6:00 PM, 3:30–6:30 PM, 4:00–7:00 PM, or 4:00–8:00 PM, and some weekend hours may be available.

You will provide direct ABA/behavioral support, follow individualized treatment plans, implement activities, and help clients build communication, social, behavioral, and

• Reliable and consistent.
• Patient, compassionate, and energetic.
• Comfortable working directly with children and individuals with developmental needs.
• Able to follow treatment plans and clinical direction.
• ABA, RBT, behavioral health, special education, childcare experience is a plus.

Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist – Afternoon & Evening Cases

Location: MetroWest / Central Massachusetts
Schedule: Part-time, primarily Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings
Typical hours: Approximately 2:30 PM–8:00 PM

We are hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists for multiple afternoon and evening cases throughout MetroWest and Central Massachusetts.

Areas currently hiring include:

• Marlborough: 01752
• Hudson: 01749
• Westborough: 01581
• Shrewsbury: 01545
• Bedford: 01730

Most available cases are Monday–Friday afternoon/evening, generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Schedules may include 3:00–6:00 PM, 3:30–6:30 PM, 3:30–7:30 PM, 4:00–7:00 PM, 4:00–8:00 PM, or similar afternoon schedules.

Some cases may offer weekend hours.

Exact schedules vary by case.
