Job summary

Applied-ABC-1 is seeking a Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist for South Shore and surrounding areas. This part-time role focuses on afternoon and evening cases, typically 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, with variable schedules by case. You will provide direct ABA support and help clients improve communication, social, and daily-living skills.

Responsibilities include following treatment plans, documenting sessions, and collaborating with families and the clinical team in a supportive, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable and consistent.
• Patient, compassionate, and energetic.
• Comfortable working directly with children and/or individuals with developmental needs.
• Able to follow treatment plans and clinical direction.
• ABA, RBT, behavioral health, special education, childcare, or related experience is a plus.

Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist – Afternoon & Evening Cases

Location: South Shore / South of Boston, MA
Schedule: Part-time, primarily Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings
Typical hours: Approximately 2:30 PM–8:00 PM

We are hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists for multiple afternoon and evening cases in the South Shore and surrounding areas.

Areas currently hiring include:

• Braintree: 02184

• Quincy: 02169

• Brockton: 02302

• Foxborough: 02035

• Taunton: 02780

Most available cases are Monday–Friday between approximately 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with schedules varying by case.

Typical schedules may include:

• 3:00–6:00 PM

• 3:00–7:00 PM

• 3:30–6:30 PM

• 3:30–7:30 PM

• 4:00–7:00 PM

• 4:00–8:00 PM

• 5:00–8:00 PM

Some cases may have additional weekend hours.

Exact schedules vary by case.
