Job summary

Applied-ABC-1 in Greater Boston, MA is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists for multiple afternoon and evening cases. Work primarily Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings, with typical hours around 2:30 PM–8:00 PM and some weekend hours.

Provide direct ABA support, follow treatment plans, implement activities, and document sessions. You will help clients build communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills in a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working directly with children and individuals with developmental needs.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and clinical direction.
• ABA, RBT, behavioral health, special education, childcare or related experience is a plus.

Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist – Afternoon & Evening Cases

Location: Greater Boston, MA

Schedule: Part-time, primarily Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings
Typical hours: 2:30 PM–8:00 PM, depending on the case

We are hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists for multiple afternoon and evening cases throughout the Greater Boston area.

Most cases are Monday–Friday between approximately 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with many schedules around 3–6 PM, 3:30–7:30 PM, 4–7 PM, or 4–8 PM. Some weekend hours may also be available.
