Job summary

Applied ABC Florida is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy at our Autism Therapy Center in Lakeland, under BCBA supervision. You will collect session data and participate in ongoing ABA training, with weekday and weekend availability, to support children with autism.

The role emphasizes direct therapeutic delivery, close collaboration with the supervisory team, and adherence to individualized intervention plans designed for each child.

Qualifications

1 year minimum of ABA experience is required.
BA in related field or pursuing relevant education is required.
Valid RBT certification is required.

Responsibilities

Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
Regular communication with supervisory staff.
Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
Weekday and weekend availability.
Collect therapy session data.
